Our owner, Mark Christian, holds a black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a grappling-based martial art that focuses on technique rather than striking. It's an intensive physical practice that helps develop discipline and mental strength and helps you become a proficient grappler and martial artist.
